Our website design service includes a certain number of revisions as specified on our website. Additional revisions may be subject to additional fees. Once your website is completed and approved by you, any further changes will be charged at our hourly rate.

Our custom application building service is subject to a separate agreement. We will work with you to create a scope of work and a timeline for completion. Changes to the scope of work may result in additional fees.

Our website optimization and SEO service are provided on a best-effort basis. We will work with you to improve your website's search engine ranking, but we cannot guarantee specific results. We also reserve the right to terminate your service if we believe your website engages in unethical or illegal practices.

All intellectual property created by us during the course of our work with you will remain our property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. This includes website designs, custom applications, and any other work product we created. You may not use our work product for any purpose other than as specified in our agreement.

We will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from your use of our services. You agree to indemnify us and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services.

Either party may terminate our agreement at any time for any reason. Upon termination, you will be responsible for paying any fees that are due for work completed up to the date of termination.

These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are located. Any dispute arising from these terms of service shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
